1 tbsp. firmly packed dark brown Sugar
1 tbsp. granulated Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Black Pepper
3 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. dry Mustard
1 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Onion Powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a sealable container and shake until well-mixed. Apply liberally to ribs, pork, or beef before grilling. Let the meat sit for an hour - or even overnight - before grilling for even more intense flavor.
