1 Med. Onion (Chopped)
1-1 1/2 lb. Hamburger Meat (Ground Chuck)
1 Pk. Corn Tortillas (Count 12)
2 cans (16oz) Wolf Brand Chili
2 lbs Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Graded)
1 Bell Pepper (Optional, I don't use)
Cumin to taste
Chili Powder to taste
Garlic Powder to taste

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Preheat Chili in Separate Pan
Brown Hamberger Meat in skillet and add onions,
cumin, garlic and chili powders and simmer until
onions are clear.(Kids will eat this cause that can't see the onions!)
Heat Tortillas until plyable (I use 2 paper plates with
wet paper towels)
In 9x11 pan, spray with pam, and put a thin layer of
chili on bottom.
Take a tortilla, put the meat, graded cheese and roll and place in pan. (Roll tight) (12 times) Top with remaining chili and then cheese and put into
oven and bake until cheese is melted and chili bubbles. About 30 Minutes.
