2 eggs
1 pint cooking oil
1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Paprika, enough to color as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Put whole eggs into bowl of electric mixer with sugar and salt; beat together at top speed. Continuing to beat at top speed, add vinegar; after above is thoroughly mixed, drip cooking oil slowly into mixture while conintinuing to beat at top speed, until all cooking oil is used.

If mayonnaise is too thick, add a bit of lemon juice.

The secret of this recipe is mixing ingredients at top speed, without stopping beaters until finished.

This may also be made in a blender while blender continues at high speed.
