Ingredients:
1 box Aunt Jemima Pancake Mix (Complete)
Water
1 bag of Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pancake mix into a large bowl. If you have a bowl with a spout for pouring, all the better. Add water until you reach the desired consistency. Add half of the bag of chocolate chips. Pour batter onto hot greased skillet or griddle in the shape of first initials of whichever niece or nephew you have the pleasure of sharing your breakfast with. Always make sure niece or nephew is present at the time their pancake is cooking, (usually not a problem as only half the bag of chips was used, so that leaves half a bag still to eat) as the flipping of the pancake is always watched with great interest, to see if it can be accomplished without breaking.

Personal Notes:
I have found in my experience with this recipe, that it is very beneficial to have nieces and nephews who exhibit a very vivid imagination, as the letters don't always turn out as you may have hoped!
