1/2 gal mayo
2 c. salad oil
1/2 c white vinegar
1/8 t. dry mustard
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 1/4 T. fresh minced garlic
1/2 -1 c. buttermilk
3 T. dill weed ( heated in micro with butter milk)

Mix all together & refrigerate until cold.

Jason learned to make this dressing when he worked at the Sandwich Gardens Restaurant in Spokane Wa., while living with us @ Lillian's.
I loved to eat salad at this place, until he told me that when he was finished he'd hock a lugi into it ! Just for flavor!!! True or False?
Regardless somehow the place lost it's appeal...
