2 lb. very lean ground beef or pork or combo
1 small chopped onion
4 cloves minced garlic
4- 10.5 oz. cans tomato soup
2- 15 oz. cans whole kernel corn
1 pkg. chili seasoning
2 T. vinegar
shredded cheese to garnish, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In large Dutch oven cook meat, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat if needed.
Stir in soup, corn (with its liquid), chili seasoning mix and vinegar. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered.
Ladle into bowls and garnish with cheese if desired.
