2 1/2 - 3 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 green pepper - diced
1 celery stalk - diced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 -7 1/2 oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook roast in crock pot 8 hours with no added liquid. Pull meat apart. Combine sauce and pour over beef. Stir. Bake in crock pot one more hour. Serve on buns. You may want to 1 1/2 times the sauce.
