1 box Betty Crocker Supreme Turtle Brownie mix, 2 tbs. water, 1/2 c. oil, 2 eggs, 1 roll Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies, 1 container rich and creamy chocolate frosting.

350º Grease bottom and sides of 13 x9 pan with cooking spray. Set caramel pouch from brownie mix aside. In large bowl, stir brownie mix, water, oil and eggs with spoon until blended. Spread half batter in pan.
Break cookie dough into small pieces. Sprinkle small pieces evenly over brownie batter, lightly press into batter. Open pouch of caramel from brownie mix; squeeze caramel between pieces of cookie dough, using entire pouch. Spoon remaining brownie batter over caramel and cookie dough.
Bake 28 to 35 minutes. Cool about 1 hour.
Frost with chocolate frosting
