1 1/2 pd round steak, 2 bags broccoli florettes, 3 tbs olive oil, 1 onion sliced thin, 1 pkg. brown gravy mix, 1 1/2 c. water
Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet, add 2 tbs. oil, fry onion and broccoli until tender .. remove from pan. Add 1 tbs oil and fry steak until brown on all sides. add onions and broccoli, with beef and cook 5 min. mix gravy as directed and pour over mixture. Stir 2 or 3 min. until thickened. Serve over steamed rice.
