2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 4 T. cocoa 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. cold water 1 c. mayonnaise 1 T. milk 1 tsp. vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sift the dry ingredients together. Add the water, mayonnaise, milk & vanilla. Beat at medium speed for four minutes. Pour into a 9 x13-inch greased baking pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Frost with vanilla or caramel icing--chocolate is good too! (Use the canned frosting.)
