a loaf soft French bread
1/2 bag spinach
1 medium onion, sautéed
Dijon mustard
meat & cheese options:
ham and provolone
turkey and provolone
roast beef and Swiss
(use lots of meat)

Cut loaf lengthwise.
Spread mayonnaise and mustard on both sides of bread. Place meat and cheese on loaf. Spread sautéed onions over meat and cheese. Pack on fresh spinach. Wrap the entire loaf in foil.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
