1 pound Rice's hot sausage
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick baking mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Roll in balls 1 inch in diameter. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Can be made ahead and frozen. Heat in oven at 375 for 10 minutes before serving.
