6 Ripe Roma Tomatoes remove seeds and coursley chopped;
Small Bunch of Fresh Basil;
1/3 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil coursely chopped;
1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic;
2 Tbs Balsamic Vinegar;
1-2 tablespoons finely grated parmesian or romano cheese;
Touch of Olive Oil;

Directions:
Directions:
Mix roma tomatoes, basil, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar and parmesian cheese to taste. Let set at room temperature for 1/2 hour before serving.

Slice thinly crusty bread and toast in broiler on both sides
