1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 c. sour cream
1 package dry egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium skillet over med high heat, heat 1 tbsp. of the oil and add beef. Cook until brown and set aside. Add the remaining oil to the skillet and cook onion until tender. Add soup and paprika to skillet and heat to a boil. Stir in sour cream and add beef. Heat through and serve over cooked noodles.
