5 large potatos, peeled and diced
3 large leeks, white only chopped fine
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp caraway seed
2 tsp minced dill
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup sour cream
butter
minced fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
In large sauce pan over medium heat, bring potatos, leeks and water to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until potatoes are tender (20-30 min). Drain and mash vegies in the pan. Add milk, broth, herbs, spices and salt and pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until potatoes are very soft and soup thickens. Whisk in sour cream. Top individual bowls with dill and a bit of butter.
