1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese softened
1 - 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teas vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
With mixer, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill at least 3 hours. Top with pie filling.

This is a very simple dessert. It's one that kids can make, in fact it was one of the first things Michael made on his own. It's still one of his favorites.
