4-6 fresh cassavas, peeled and halved
OR 1 20oz. package of frozen cassava
1 tsp. salt, 4 cloves garlic minced
1 lemon juiced, 1/2 cup Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Boil cassava in large pot cover w/water, add salt and boil until tender. Drain off water and set cassava aside. Sprinkle minced garlic over the cassava and add the lemon juice. In a seperate pan, heat olive oil until bubbling, pour over cassava and gently mix. Serve hot.
