1 3/4 c flour (may use wheat)
1 tsp salt (opt.)
c extra virgin olive oil
3 T c cold water
2 3 T sugar (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and sugar. Add oil mixing with fork until it looks like meal. Sprinkle with water tossing with fork. Gather dough together into a ball. (If too dry, add more oil.) Divide and roll out between saran sheets. If a baked single crust is needed, prick sides and bottom before baking at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown.
