1 package colored spiral macaroni—cooked
1 small package frozen petite green peas
˝ can sliced water chestnuts
˝ can olives, sliced
2-3 green onions
Pickled artichoke hearts
Fat free Italian dressing or another vinegar & oil dressing to taste

Other Possible Additions :
Fresh mushrooms
Green pepper
Shredded carrots
Ham or salami strips, cooked chicken, tuna for protein

Mix together and refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
