24 oz. ground beef (1 1/2 lb.)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. ranch style dressing mix
28 oz. Mexican-style stewed tomatoes (2 cans)
14 oz. kidney beans (1 can)
14 oz. pinto beans (1 can)
14 oz. hominy (1 can)
2 cans green chilies (small cans)
Optional; chips, cheese, picante, sour cream

Brown ground beef along with onion, drain if necessary. Add taco seasoning, ranch dressing mix, add all cans of: tomatoes, beans, hominy, green chilies. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Top with cheese, picante and sour cream if desired. Enjoy with chips of choice.
