Ingredients:  
(2) 3oz. boxes any flavor jello
2 c. buttermilk
(1) 9oz. cool whip
20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Heat drained pineapple to boilng point. Stir in jello. Remove from heat and stir in buttermilk. Let cool in the refrigerator. When mixture begins to congeal; fold in cool whip. Refrigerate until firm.
