1/4 c. oleo or butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1-8oz. cream cheese
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 12oz. caramel ice cream topping
1-16oz. Cool Whip
2 graham cracker crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet. Add pecans and cook until brown, set aside. Blend cream cheese and Eagle brand milk until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Layer 1/4 cream cheese mixture into each pie crust. Drizzle caramel on each and spriknle with 1/4 of pecans. Repeat layers. Cover and freeze until firm. Slice and serve.
