1&1/2lbs. lean ground beef
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
3/4 c. Quaker oats (quick or old fashioned), uncooked
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion or 2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In large bowl combine all ingredients mixing lightly but thoroughly. Press into a 8x4 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until not pink in center and juices show no pink color. Let stand 5 minutes and drain off any juice before slicing.
