Ingredients:  
3 beaten eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
3 lbs ground beef

Optional to add to mixture:
1/4 cup parsley
1 cup Parmesan cheese
minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all and shape into 1 1/2" balls. Bake at 375 for 25 - 30 minutes. Freeze until ready to serve.
