1 lb Italian Sweet Sausage
1 lb Hot-N-Spicy Sausage
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Large can tomatoes
Olive Oil
16 oz Spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Break up sausage & bown in large cookpot or skillet.
In separate skillet saute onions & garlic in olive oil.

Add pureed tomatoes, onion and garlic to sausage.

Simmer several hours.

May add some extra peeled & chopped tomatoes.

We enjoyed this sauce. The flavor comes from the sausage and not extra seasonings.
