1 1/2 veg. oil or 3/4 cup butter or margarine 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/2 c. light molasses 4 c. four 4 t. baking soda 1t. salt 1 T. ginger 2 t. cinnamon
Mix together oil, sugar, eggs, & molasses. Sift dry ingredients. Add to the above. Chill 1 hr. Form balls & roll in sugar. Bake @ 375º 6 -8 min. Cookies will flatten & looked cracked. Do not over cook . Cool on rack & store in airtight container.
