4 medium baking potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 envelope herb and garlic soup mix
1 T. hot pepper sauce

Blue cheese or ranch salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Place the potatoes in a greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Combine the butter, soup mix and pepper sauce; drizzle over potatoes.

Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 40-50 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve with salad dressing.
