2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1 T. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. nute

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter. Mix together egg, orange juice and orange peel. Add to previous mixture. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake in two 8 x 4 inch bread pans 35-40 minutes @ 350
