1/4 cup Olive oil, 1 Tbsp. minced Garlic
1 Med Onion chopped, 1/2 Green Pepper chopped
1/2 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water
1/8 tsp. ground oregano, salt to taste
2 tsp. Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
cook garlic, onion, green pepper in Olive oil until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and cook over med-lo heat for 5 minutes. Can be stored in tightly covered container in refrigerator and used when cooking.
