2 Pounds Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose biscuit mix, 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup finely chopped onion, 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients and form into 1"balls. Bake 15 min. on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown. Makes about 6 doz. Sausage cheese balls can be ahead and frozen uncooked.
