3 boxes of frozen chopped spinach or
1 large bag of same.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
nutmeg to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Put spinach in large casserole and cover. Microwave till defrosted. Drain thoroughly. Add 3/4 can of cream of mushroom soup and several dashes of nutmeg. If creamier spinach is desired add rest of the soup. Return to microwave oven covered and cook for 3 to 5 minutes. Stir halfway through to mix flavors and check on the temperature.
