Lightly grease one 15X10X1 inch jellyroll pan.
Preheat oven to 250
In a brown paper bag mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Lightly beat the egg white, add water and beat until
frothy but not stiff. Add the nuts and stir until well
coated. Remove nuts from mix and add them to the paper(cinnamon, sugar, salt) bag and shake them till well coated.
Place on jellyroll pan.
Bake approximately. 1 hour. Stirring every 15 min.
