3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cups chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Directions:

Grease a cookie sheet. Beat the egg with the milk in a mixing bowl. Stir in the cheese, oats, onion and salt. Add the ground beef and mix well. Shape into 8 small loaves and place on a greased cookie sheet. Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard in a small bowl and mix well. Spread over the meat loaves. Insert a meat thermometer into the thickest portion of 1 loaf. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes or until the meat thermometer registers 160.
