1 can condensed tomato soup
1 soup can milk
1 garlic clove; minced
1 T. butter
1/4 cup sherry
grated fresh parmesan to taste
buttered white toast, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the garlic and butter in a soup pot. Add tomato soup and milk. Stir occassionaly till warm. Add sherry and parmesan and heat till cheese is just melted.

Top with cubes of buttered white toast.
