1 cup raw chopped cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 pkg cherry jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
1 peeled and chopped orange (drained)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries and sugar. Set aside. In another bowl dissolve jello in water. Add pineapple juice (I use juice from can of crushed pineapple, squeezing all the juice I can from the pineapple, and use juice from the orange if needed to make one cup). Chill jello and juice mixture until partially set. Add cranberry mixture and rest of ingredients. Mix well and chill until fully set
