1 medium head cauliflower
1 8oz pkg. American cheese
1 c. milk
5 c. corn flakes (crushed)
2 well beaten eggs
2 T. cold water
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Separate cauliflower into floweretttes, wash, cook in boiling salted water 10 mins. Drain, melt cheese over boiling water, add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Crush corn flakes into crumbs. Combine eggs and water. Roll cauliflower in crumbs, dip in egg and water mixture, then in crumbs again. Fry in deep fat until golden, about one min. Drain on towel. Stir parsley into cheese sauce and pour over cauliflower. Bake in oven until cheese is bubbling. 350º
