1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cumin
2-3 tablespoons (to taste) chili powder
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 dash oregano
1 (16 oz) can of tomato puree
1 (12 oz) can of beer
1 (16 oz) can hot chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and garlic in olive oil. Add beef, brown and drain. Stir in flour, chili powder and cumin. Add tomato puree, beer, beans, salt and oregano. Simmer and stir one hour.
