2 8oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
1 12oz. Can of Beer (pour in glass to get flat for an hour if have time)
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 1/2 - 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in Mixer & Chill;
Serve with Pretzels

This is so easy and is a big hit - even if you aren't a cheesehead!
