Ingredients:  
1/4 c fresh lime juice
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 ripe avodado - diced
1 large tomato - diced
1 c cooked corn
1/4 c chopped red onion
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Salsa:
Mix lime juice, oil, sugar and salt in a medium bowl. Add remaining salsa ingredients and toss.

Grill or broil chicken, which has been seasoned with the salt, pepper and oregano, 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked.

To serve:
Put chicken, and salsa on a bun. May put lettuce and tomato on the sandwich.
