2 lb. frozen hash browns
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onion, dried
1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom)
1 pt. sour cream
2 cups grated American cheese or Velveeta

For the Topping:
1/4 cup margarine
2 cups Corn Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and put in a 9" x 13" pan. Sprinkle with the toppings. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
