water
8 to 10 potatoes cubed
6 fresh carrots peeled and sliced
2 stalks celery
1 medium onion
6 hard boiled eggs
6 to 8 strips bacon cooked
salt and pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Add potatoes to pan and cover with water. Potatoes may be peeled or unpeeled.
While potatoes are cooking add celery,carrots salt and pepper to the potatoes.Cook until tender.
Mix the flour and milk together and add to the soup to help it thicken.
Slice hard boiled eggs and crumble bacon.
Add the hard boiled eggs and the bacon and cook for just a few minutes more.

Serve the soup topped with cheddar cheese.
