1 lb. ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

2-4 cloves garlic, minced

2 small cans tomato sauce

1 pint sour cream

1 pint cottage cheese

1 small can diced Ortega chiles

1 package Doritos

1 lb. grated Jack cheese (or pepper jack)

Brown meat, onion and garlic.

Add tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes.

Mix together sour cream, cottage cheese and chiles.

Line a greased 9x13" casserole with Doritos.

Add half meat mixture, half sour cream mixture and half Jack cheese. Repeat layers.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
