Cream cheese
cookie mix ( Pillsbury 16.50 oz.or
Betty Crocker pkg. 6.50 oz.)
Strawberries and Raspberries (approx. 1 cup of each)
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tbls. shortening
marshmellow creme

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a large cookie sheet with Pam. Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare cookie mix as directed and make a large cookie on the cookie sheet. Bake as directed on pkg. Let cookie cool as you are making the filling.
Take a jar of marshmellow creme and a small tub of raspberry cream cheese and blend together.
Put cream cheese filling onto the cooled cookie. Chop about 1 cup of strawberries and 1 cup of raspberries and put on top of the filling. Melt 1/2 tbls. of shortening and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the fruit. You also can use any of your favorite fruit as a topping.
