Pastry for 10-inch single pie crust
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (save 1/4 c. till end.
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 T. flour
4 eggs
3/4 c. half & half
3/4 c. milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange broccoli and cheese in pastry-lined pan. Beat together eggs, cream, flour and spices in bowl. Pour the custard mixture over cheese and whatever vegetable you decide to use...See bottom. Place in preheated over at 375 degrees 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.

Optional : May add 1 cup. cooked Broccoli, or 1 cup Spinach.. Both Drained Well.
Actually, you may add anything you would like weather it's sausage, bacon, or a variety.
