1 lb ground beef
8-10 medium red potatoes
1 (8 oz) sour cream
Sliced cheese (of your choice) I use American

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes and cook in butter and onions. Brown ground beef and season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder and seasoning salt. Layer beef then sour cream then potatoes in deep dish frying pan or cake pan. Top with melted cheese. Leave on stove top on low/medium heat until cheese is melted or put in the oven on low heat just to melt.
