2 pkgs. crescent roll dough
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. shredded cheese (2 cups)
Spicy Ranch salad dressing
1 packet taco seasoning
taco toppings of your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain hamburger and mix with taco seasoning as directed. Preheat oven as directed on crescent roll package.

Arrange 12 crescent roll dough pieces on large cookie sheet or baking stone in a circular pattern. The pointed tip of each piece should be facing outward and the corners of each flat end should be overlapping with the other pieces. When all connected they should look like a sun.

Use the remaining 4 dough pieces and place them on top of the inner edge of the dough ring to cover any gaps where the dough pieces connect. Use a spoon to spread the spicy ranch dressing around the inner ring of dough. Now spread the taco meat around the ring, you may not use all of the meat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the taco meat. Fold the pointed edges of the crescent rolls in toward the center of the ring enclosing the taco meat and cheese, completing the ring.

Bake in oven until crescent rolls golden brown. When done, top with lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, or whatever else you can think of.

I learned this recipe at a Pampered Chef party and have always used the taco mixture. However, since you are just stuffing a crescent roll essentially, you could come up with many different mixtures.
