2 cups sugar
1 cup water
Pinch of salt

Bring to a boil. Add 4 cups raw peanuts (shelled). Cook over medium heat until all syrup is cooked out. Stir ofter. Pour onto cookie sheet and bake at 250º for one hour. Stir often to break apart. Store in tightly closed container.
