2 sticks butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups flour
2 t baking powder
1 c sweet milk
1 T butternut flavoring


Butternut Icing:

1 bx confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 c nuts, chopped
1 T butternut flavoring
Pinch of salt

Cake:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together and add alternately with milk. Add flavoring. Pour into four greased and floured layer pans. Bake at 350º for 15 mins or until done. Frost when cool.

Icing:

Cream butter and cream cheese. Gradually add sugar. Add flavoring, salt and nuts. Frost
