1 lb sirloin cut in 1/4" strips.
1 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
1 3 oz can mushrooms
1/2 c chopped onion
garlic
2 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 1/2 c beef broth
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp white wine

Directions:
Directions:
Coat the meat with flour and salt. Heat skillet, add 2 tbsp butter. Brown quickly both sides. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic. Cook 3-4 minutes. Remove meat and mushrooms. Add 2 tbsp butter to drippings and add flour and tomato paste. Stir in beef broth and cook and stir over medium heat until bubbly. Return meat and mushrooms. Stir in sour cream and wine. Cook slowly until heated.
