2 c. sliced sweet potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Add butter to pan and add potatoes. Pour sugar over top. Cover and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
